Akha is the language of Southeast Asian ethnic Akha, their relatives in Burma ( there predominantly in Shan State ), China ( in the southwest Yunans ), Laos (Province of Phongsali and Luang Namtha ), Thailand ( provinces of Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai and Mae Hong Son) and in the North West of Vietnam ( Quang Binh provinces and Quang Tri ) live. The language is regarded in China as a dialect of the Hani.
The Akha language is a tonal language with three tones and has no or only a slight affixation. Questions will be presented with a final question particles.
