Akhraten

Achariten (also Akhratan ) was a Nubian king of the Kushite kingdom in what is now northern Sudan, who ruled in the second half of the 4th century BC.

It is only by a black granite statue ( Boston, Museum of Fine Arts 23,735 ), in the Temple of Amun from Mount Barkal ( Napata ) and was found by a block that was found in the pyramid Nu 14 at Nuri, known. The pyramid is of considerable size and it was concluded therefore a longer reign. It is dated on the basis of the position of its pyramid in the middle of the 4th century BC.
