Akunnat

Akunnat ( German: Lichtenfels ) is an abandoned settlement at today's Qeqertarsuatsiaat in Greenland (Danish: Fiskenaesset ) near Nuuk. She was until 1900 the seat of a mission of the Moravian Church. Today is still the cemetery to visit the church of the Mission was demolished in order to gain material for the construction of the church in Qeqertarsuatsiaat.

The most famous missionary in Lichtenfels was the Upper Silesian Johann Beck ( 1706-1777 ).
