Al Ain FC
The al Ain Sports & Culture Club (Arabic نادي العين, DMG Nadi al - ʿ Ain ) is a football club established in 1968 in Al Ain. The club currently plays in the Premier Division, the highest football league in the United Arab Emirates. At the same time al Ain record holder is the league with nine championships.
The biggest success Ain al 2003 by winning the AFC Champions League. In the finals they beat BEC Tero Sasana from Thailand. 2005 failed the team against the winner of 2004, al - Ittihad in the final and finished second. al Ain plays its home games in both the Tahnon Bin Mohammed Stadium as well as the Sheikh Khalifa International Stadium.
December 2007, the German coach Winfried Schaefer of the association. With al Ain 2009 he won the Etisalat Emirates Cup and President Cup.
