Al-Quds Open University

Al -Quds Open University (Arabic: جامعة القدس المفتوحة; QOU ) is a Palestinian university based in Jerusalem. Founded in 1991, it is the only University in the Palestinian territories.

The QOU has several locations in the Gaza Strip, the West Bank, but also in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. 2002, it had around 35,000 students enrolled.
