Al Watan (Saudi Arabia)

Al- Watan (Arabic: الوطن al - Watan, home ') is a leading daily newspaper in Saudi Arabia. It sees itself as a reform-oriented and western positions related parties. Internationally, it became known as its director Jamal Khashoggi was dismissed because of violent criticism of Islamic religious scholars, including Ibn Taymiyah, his post.

The newspaper is considered to be close to the government and non- religious.
