Alan Grayson

Alan Mark Grayson ( born March 13, 1958 in the Bronx, New York City ) is an American politician. He represented the company since 2013 as a member of the House of Representatives the 9th Congressional District of the State of Florida. Between 2009 and 2011 he represented the 8th Congressional District of Florida already.

Career

Alan Grayson first attended the Bronx High School of Science and went on to study at Harvard University until 1983, including Jura. In 1983 he was hired as a Law Clerk at the Supreme Court of the State of Colorado. From 1984 to 1985 he worked in the same capacity at the Federal Court of Appeals for the District Court Washington DC In the following years he worked as a lawyer and businessman. Politically, Grayson joined the Democratic Party. In 2006, he ran unsuccessfully for even the U.S. House of Representatives.

In the congressional elections of 2008 Grayson but was chosen in the eighth constituency of Florida in the House of Representatives in Washington, where he became the successor of the Republican Ric Keller on January 3, 2009. Since he has not been confirmed in the elections of 2010, he was able to complete only one term in Congress until January 3, 2011. There he was a member of the Finance Committee and the Science and Technology Committee, and in some of their sub- committees. In Congress, he basically took the position of his party. He also served as a staunch opponent of the Iraq war and the mission in Afghanistan.

In the 2012 election he won the seat in the 9th Congressional District of the State of Florida and moved back into the House of Representatives.

Alan Grayson is married and has five children.
