Alan Rodger, Baron Rodger of Earlsferry

Alan Ferguson Rodger, Baron Rodger of Earlsferry FRSE, FBA, PC, QC ( born September 18, 1944 in Glasgow, Scotland, † 26 June 2011) was a British lawyer and judge on the United Kingdom Supreme Court.

Family and Education

Rodger was born as the son of psychology professor Thomas Ferguson Rodger and his wife Jean Margaret Smith Chalmers. He received at the Kelvinside Academy His school education.
