Ã…land24

Åland24 is a private regional channels in the autonomous region of Åland, broadcasting a television program. This is, as the name suggests, to be received 7 days a week 24 hours a day. However, there are currently more rural regions where the program can be received only six days for 30 minutes each. The largest shareholder in organized as a corporation operation is the regional, Swedish -language daily newspaper Nya Åland (New Åland ). The company was established in 2009 through the purchase of the technology provider P24 Media.

The funding comes mostly about through advertising revenue. The customer center and the editorial office is located in the north of Mariehamn near the airport. The line has Stefan Rumander.

Åland24 2010 employed five full-time employees on a freelance basis. The proximity to New Aland Åland24 gives access to the Daily News and the contact with the employees, edit the current reports and provide this information for Åland24 available. This results in short weekly reports.

Technology

Åland24 is to receive analog and cable. Decoder of the DOCSIS specification 128- QAM perform a service on the 194 MHz band.

Program

The programs include daily news bulletins, weekly Sporsendungen and discussions.
