Alassane Ouédraogo

Alassane Ouedraogo (born 7 September 1980 in Boussouma, Upper Volta, now Burkina Faso) is a football player from the West African nation of Burkina Faso. Since October 2012, he plays for SpVgg EGC Wirges in the big leagues Rheinland-Pfalz/Saar.

Career

Ouedraogo began playing football as a teenager in the capital club Santos FC Ouagadougou, moved to Europe for Belgian club Charleroi SC and came in 2000 to the first FC Cologne. While he regularly came into use in the second team of FC, he was considered for the professionals only three times. In 2003 he moved to Rot- Weiß Oberhausen, where he was mostly regulars. After Oberhausen relegation from the second division in 2005, he moved to TuS Koblenz in the Regionalliga Süd, where he was hired by coach Milan Sasic, but rarely was used. Beginning of January 2010 it was announced that Ouedraogo has signed a contract until the end of the 2009/10 season in league club Rot-Weiss Essen. There, he had completed before a trial. However, his contract was terminated by the license revocation food. Ouedraogo then moved into the NRW-Liga for SC Fortuna Köln, in which he rose to the Regionalliga West. For the season 2012/2013 he was awarded a new contract in Cologne and was until October 2012 without new club. He eventually joined the Oberliga SpVgg EGC Wirges.

He has played 62 games for the national team of Burkina Faso ( 3 goals ).
