Albert Luthuli is a municipality in the district of Gert Sibande, Mpumalanga province in South Africa, based in Carolina Emily Snana Dlamini is the mayor.

The community is named after Albert John Luthuli Mvumbi ( 1898-1967 ). Luthulie was tribal leader of the Zulu, teachers and religious leaders and 1952-1967 President of the African National Congress ( ANC). In 1960 he was the first African who was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize.

Villages in the municipality are: Badplaas, Carolina and Elukwatini.
