Albert Zürner

Albert Wroth ( born January 30, 1890 in Hamburg, † July 18, 1920 ) was a German diver and Olympic champion.

He participated in the 1906 Summer Olympics in part in Athens, where he finished fourth in the diving. At the Olympic Summer Games in London in 1908 he won the gold medal in springboard diving. In his third at the Olympics, the Olympic Summer Games in Stockholm in 1912, he won his second medal, this time silver in diving. He also took part in the art of jumping, where he finished fourth.

Albert Wroth died on July 18, 1920 as the result of a jump accident. In 1988 he was inducted into the Hall of Fame of the international swimming sport.
