Alberto Del Rio
Alberto Rodríguez ( born May 25, 1977 in San Luis Potosí ), better known by his ring name Alberto Del Rio, is a Mexican professional wrestler. He is currently under contract with WWE and appears regularly in their wrestling shows.

In 2000, Rodríguez made his debut in Asistencia Asesoría y Administración in Mexico. Until the 2005 stations followed at Independent leagues in Mexico and Japan.
Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre
As of 2005, Rodríguez appeared regularly at Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre. He played several matches for the CMLL World Light Heavyweight Title, but was not allowed to win it. On July 8, 2007 Rodríguez the CMLL World Heavyweight Title was able to win. This title he lost in December 2008.
On 15 July 2009 Rodríguez made his debut in the WWE developmental league Florida Championship Wrestling as Dos, changed his ring name but shortly afterwards Alberto Banderas.
From April 2010, Rodríguez appeared in WWE in some house shows and dark matches. On August 17, Rodríguez made his debut as Alberto Del Rio, along with his personal ring announcer Ricardo Rodriguez, with SmackDown against Rey Mysterio and feuded until the end of the year against this. In the fourth season of WWE NXT Rodríguez acted as per Conor O'Brian. After an exchange, he served as Pro from Brodus Clay.
On 30 January 2011 he won at the big event, the Royal Rumble Royal Rumble match, which guaranteed him a match for a World Champion title of his choice. He feuded with then his ring announcer and Clay against the then World Heavyweight Champion Edge and Christian until 1 May 2011, remained in the course of the feud but unsuccessfully, so he lost, for example, the main event match against Edge at WrestleMania.
On April 25, 2011 Rodríguez was changed by the WWE Draft 2011 in Raw roster. On July 17, 2011, he won the Money in the Bank Ladder Match of the Raw roster in the event of the same name. The contract he released on August 14, 2011 at the PPV SummerSlam against CM Punk and thereby became the new WWE Champion. The title he had to give up two months later on 18 September at Night of Champions John Cena, but received him shortly after 2 October 2011 back because he was able to win at Hell in a Cell in the same match against Cena and Punk. November 20, 2011 Del Rio lost the WWE Championship at the Survivor Series again, this time on CM Punk.
After a break due to injury, he celebrated on April 2, 2012 in RAW his return.
On April 20, 2012 it was announced at the Smackdown broadcast that Rodriguez again part of the SmackDown roster. There followed feuds with Sheamus for the World Heavyweight Champion and later against Randy Orton.
At the SmackDown tapings on January 8, 2013, he won the World Heavyweight Championship from The Big Show after a Last Man Standing match. On April 8, 2013, he lost the title to Dolph Ziggler on RAW when he cashed his Money in the Bank briefcase for a title match, but was able to win in Chicago on June 16, 2013 at the PPV him payback. On October 27, 2013 Del Rio lost the title at the PPV Hell in a Cell on the same day returning John Cena.

Rodríguez finished fifth in 1997 and 1998 to sixth place in the Pan American Games in Greco-Roman style in the light heavyweight division. It should also represent as a wrestler in the Greco-Roman wrestling at the Olympic Games Mexico in 2000, Mexico introduced this year, however, no national team. Rodríguez heard similar to Kurt Angle to former wrestlers who publicly protest against the plans of the International Olympic Committee to remove the rings to the 2020 Olympic Games in the competition program.
