Aldair Santos do Nascimento ( born November 30, 1965 in Ilheus ), known as Aldair, is a former Brazilian footballer. The defender was active 1985-2009 in South America and Europe.

Aldair began his professional career in 1985 at Flamengo Rio de Janeiro. There he developed in the next four years for regular players and performers.
