History

The Aldershot FC founded in 1926 and joined the following year the Southern Football League. 1932, the team there won the championship and was elected to the Football League, where she took first in the Third Division South. Here she placed primarily in the lower half of the table and was named after a 18th place in the table in the summer of 1958, assigned to the newly formed fourth-class Fourth Division. In 1973, the team got back on the Drittklaiisgkeit, but here could only be maintained until 1976. 1987 won the FC Aldershot the newly introduced relegation matches and returned to the third- highest division. Direct against relegation play missed the team in 1989 as a table with eight wins in last 46 games in the league significantly. As a result, the club became more and more into financial problems. Finally had to file for bankruptcy during the current gaming operations of the club in the spring of 1992.
