Aldo Lado

Aldo Lado (born 5 December 1934 in Fiume, Croatia ) is an Italian film director, screenwriter and film producer.

Life

Lado worked from 1962 to 1971 as an assistant director, Anatole Litvak, among others for, Bernardo Bertolucci and Maurizio Lucidi. His directorial debut, he celebrated with the shot in Prague Thriller Malastrana; also the following Giallo The Child impressed by careful décor and upscale production standards. His 1975 incurred Night Train set new standards in the depiction of violence. At the dawn of the 1980s Lado also worked increasingly for television, so when 26teiligen adventure series La pietra di Marco Polo. A pseudonym Lados was the George B. Lewis used for the science fiction movie battle for the fifth galaxy.
