Alduin I of Angoulême

Alduin I ( also Audoin or Hildouin, † March 27 916 ) was a Count of Angoulême Taillefer out of the house. He was the elder son of the Count of Angoulême -Périgord Vulgrin I., his younger brother was Count William I of Périgord.

Alduin was married to a now unknown woman with whom he had a son, William II Taillefer († 945). Because this was still a minor at his death, Adémar first took over the rule in Angoulême, who probably was Alduin's brother in law.
