Alectoria Iceland is an island in Prince Gustav Channel between the Antarctic Peninsula and James Ross Island. It is less than two kilometers long, flat and nearly ice-free. The island is located about a kilometer from the mouth of the Aitkenhead glacier.

Alectoria Iceland was explored in 1945 by the Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey ( FIDS ) and named after the lichen genus Alectoria that prevailed at that time on the island.
