The Aleppo Airport (Arabic مطار حلب الدولي Matar Halab ad duwalī, IATA: ALP, ICAO code: OSAP ) is an international airport in Aleppo, the second largest city in Syria. The airport has in addition to the civil and a military use area. The airport is the airport Damascus, the second busiest of the airports of Syria. In 2005, the airport recorded a traffic of 487 471 passengers and 2825 tons of cargo in 8552 takeoffs and landings.

The airport has a capacity of 1.5 million passengers. There are plans to modernize it and expand. So shall the airport will feature a more modern radar system. Furthermore, more jetways and a second start and runway to be built.

At the airport are located next to a duty- free shop, a bank, a café and a car rental.

The airport is a second hub of Syrian Arab Airlines, the national airline of Syria. The airport is served by a number of other airlines from Africa, Asia and Europe.
