Alepu

The nature reserve Alepu ( Bulgarian Алепу ) includes the same lagoon and its surrounding area ( marsh ) and the sand dunes on the immediate Black Sea coast. It is located about 6.5 km south of Sozopol, near the holiday resorts Djuni.

1986, the lake was declared a nature reserve and has been included as part of the Natural complex Ropotamo in the Ramsar List. The nature reserve occupies a total area of ​​166.7 ha.
