Aleš Kokot

Aleš Kokot ( born October 23, 1979 in Šempeter pri Gorici ) is a Slovenian football player.

Kokot played at youth at ND Gorica and there rose up in the Erstligamannschaft. 1997/98 he came for the first time in the first league Slovenia to use, but it took three more seasons until he was able to prevail in the team. As of 2001, the left-back was then a regular in Gorica and was twice celebrate winning the national cup. Thus he came to numerous applications in the UEFA Cup.

2004 was then Kokots yet successful year. With the ND HIT Gorica he won the Slovenian Cup. In addition, he was appointed for the first time in the national team of his country on 18 February. In 2005 he was able to repeat the championship title in the club, in the national team but he no longer came to the course, so he decided to a move abroad.

From 2005 to 2007 he played in Germany in the 2nd Bundesliga for SpVgg Greuther Fürth, after he 'd been a regular player in the first year, he came, however, in the second year after the 8th Round no longer used.

For the season 2007/ 08 he moved to Wehen, where he has signed a two -year contract. After descending 2009 labor Wiesbaden from the 2nd Bundesliga, he moved back to his home to inter-block Ljubljana.
