Alessandro Pesenti-Rossi

Alessandro Pesenti - Rossi ( born August 31, 1942 in Bergamo ) is an Italian former race car driver.

Pesenti - Rossi drove in the Italian Formula 3 Championship in 1974 when he moved for a few races in the Formula 2 European Championship.

1976 Pesenti - Rossi tried to enter the Formula 1 He earned a Tyrrell 007 and thus denied three World Cup races. In all three appearances, he was also placed. At the Nürburgring he came in 14th position, the Grand Prix of Austria, he finished in eleventh place in Monza and he crossed the finish line in 18th place.

In 1977 he returned to the Formula 2 and scored on a March 772 three fourth places in his home race at Vallelunga, Mugello and Misano. After 1978, he failed to qualify for Formula 2 race at Hockenheim, he retired from racing.
