Alex Clare
Alex Clare ( born 14 September 1985 in Southwark, London; civil Alexander George Claire ) is a British singer and songwriter. His music combines elements of Soul with dubstep.
Career
Clare comes from the north of the British capital London. He was born the son of Jewish believing parents. He accompanied Jessie J on her tour. His debut album, The Lateness of the Hour, produced by the musicians Major Lazer, Diplo and Switch, was published on 11 July 2011. The pre- tapped in March 2011 single Too Close reached a year later No. 1 on the iTunes charts in Germany. 2012 Too Close was the commercial song for the Windows Internet Explorer 9, and subsequently reached both the single and the album's U.S. charts.
Personal
Before his breakthrough Alex Clare spent a year in a relationship with Amy Winehouse. They met in a bar in North London know, worked as a cook, but also as a musician in the Clare.
