Alex Kingston
Alex Kingston ( born March 11, 1963 in London, United Kingdom; actually Alexandra Elizabeth Kingston) is a British actress.
She is known primarily for the presentation of Dr. Elizabeth Corday in the U.S. hospital drama ER. - The emergency room, which she played from 1997 to 2004 Kingston first stated they would have been dismissed because of their age. Later, however, she took back that statement. In 2009, she returned in two guest appearances back into her role.
In the British cult series Doctor Who they recurrently plays since 2008, River Song.
She's since 29 December 1998 Florian Haertel, a German journalist, married and speaks fluent German. Their daughter was born on 28 March 2001 and played in an episode of ER in season 8 Alex's daughter series.
In her first marriage from 1993 to October 1997 Alex Kingston was married to the British actor Ralph Fiennes. The German actor Walter racing iron is her uncle.
