Alex Loudon

Alexander Guy Rushworth Loudon (born 6 September 1980 in Westminster, London) is a former English cricketer.

Loudon attended Eton College and studied at Durham University. Outside the County Championship he played for Durham MCCU (Durham University) and the Marylebone Cricket Club. His only game for the English Cricket Team in 2006, he completed a one- Day International (ODI ) against Sri Lanka in Chester -le- Street. In this game, he retired as a batsman out after one minute, without having received a throw. After the 2007 season, he finished his professional playing career to devote himself to his future business career.

According to media reports, he was with Pippa Middleton, sister of Catherine Mountbatten -Windsor, Duchess of Cambridge, dating. They separated in 2011.

His father James Loudon is a former banker and former High Sheriff of Kent. The James Bond author Ian Fleming was his great-uncle and former cricketer Hugo Loudon (born 1978 ) is his brother.
