Alex Miller (Israeli politician)

Alex Miller (Hebrew אלכס מילר, born April 4, 1977 in Moscow, Soviet Union) is an Israeli politician, the deputy in the Knesset for the nationalist party Jisra'el Beiteinu.

Life

Miller was born in Moscow and took the aliyah, ie the return to Israel on January 29, 1992. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Education with a specialization in electronics.

For the Knesset in 2006, he was set for Jisra'el Beiteinu list in tenth place after the party gained eleven seats and were thus Knesset. During his first term he chaired in Subkommittee for alternative energy sources.

After he was lowered to list number 15, he could barely move back to the Knesset, when his party gained exactly 15 seats after the 2009 parliamentary elections. In the 2013 parliamentary elections he was placed on the list number 33 on the common list of Jisra'el Beiteinu and Likud, but got only 31 seats.

Miller currently lives in the Israeli settlement of Ariel in the West Bank, is married and has one child.
