Alexander Ahndoril

Alexander Ahndoril, born Gustafsson ( born January 20, 1967 in Upplands Väsby ) is a Swedish writer and playwright.

Life

Ahndoril wrote novels and plays. The novel Regis Sören Ingmar Bergman in 2006 aroused great attention in Sweden. It was based on a public condemnation of the novel by Bergman, although he read the manuscript in advance and was for good before it went to press. Regis Sören has been translated into several languages ​​, including English, Russian, Polish, Dutch, Czech, Hungarian, Norwegian and Danish. In 2009 he published his ninth novel diplomat who tells a fictional story about the struggle of a Swedish diplomat for the disarmament of Iraq in 2003. There is no doubt that Hans Blix is the main character of the work. Both the pros and the epilogue note that the privacy of diplomats invented as well as the public life has been represented truthfully. Regis Sören is part 1, part 2 of a diplomat planned trilogy about Swedish men.

Ahndoril co-wrote with his wife, the novelist Alexandra Coelho Ahndoril, Hypnotisören, Paganinikontraktet, Eldvittnet and sand men under the pseudonym Lars Kepler. He currently resides with his wife and three daughters in Stockholm.
