Alexander Kirov ( born September 4, 1984) is a Kazakh football player.

Career

Alexander Kirov began his career in 2005 at Vostok Öskemen. In 2006 he moved to FK Almaty. After three seasons of the defenders went to FK Aktobe, where he was given during the season to FK Atyrau. In 2010 he was obliged by league rivals locomotive Astana. For the 2011 season, he moved to Shakhtar Karaganda with the Kazakh champion he was in the same year. Since 2013 he is back at FK Astana under contract.

National

Alexander Kirov was appointed to the Kazakh national football team in 2008. He played in qualifying for the 2010 World Cup, 2014 World Cup and European Championship in 2012.
