Alexander Panshin

Alexander Nikititch Panshin (Russian Александр Никитич Паншин; born September 15, 1863 in Sestrorezk; † November 4, 1904 ) was a Russian speed skaters and figure skaters.

Panshin 1889 the first Russian speed skating champion. He won in 1889 in Amsterdam, the first speed skating all-around world championship.
