Alexander Vyssotsky

Alexander N. Vyssotsky (* May 23, 1888 in Moscow, Russia, † December 31, 1973 in Winter Park, Florida) was an astronomer.

In the 35 years of his astronomical work at the University of Virginia, he published numerous works. His most famous work is titled: Dwarf M Stars Found Spectrophotometrically.

1929, he married the astronomer Emma TR Williams of Philadelphia. With her he has the Son Victor A. Vyssotsky.
