Alexander Winkler (footballer)

Alexander Winkler ( born January 26, 1992 in Munich ) is a German football player.

Career

Alexander Winkler began at the Munich district club SpVgg Feldmoching playing football and then went to the youth of the FC Bayern Munich. The age of 15 he moved to SpVgg Unterhaching. There he played through the youth teams, until he still got as A teenager on 10 October 2010 its first mission at senior level in the Bavarian League. A second appeal, again over 90 minutes, followed in the spring of 2011.

Winkler's contract was extended for two years before the 2011/12 season and it followed the same step in the squad for the first team. Actually, he was there only once intended as a substitute while he was still employed in the Bavarian League team. On the 3rd matchday but central defender and captain Jonas Hummel suffered a torn ACL and Winkler replaced him after the 12th minute. From then on, he remained on the team until he was sidelined in late August, even with a hamstring injury. He then completed no more Dritligaeinsatz. In the summer of 2013 Winkler to SV Wacker Burghausen, in which he plays in the second team.
