Alexandru Coconul

Alexandru Coconul († June 26, 1632 in Istanbul; German: Alexander the prince's son ) was dated August 14, 1623 to November 3, 1627 to the prince of the principality of Wallachia and from the first half of June 1629 until April 29, 1630 Prince of the Principality of Moldova.

During his reign over Wallachia in Bucharest (hence his nickname ), his father Radu Mihnea ruled for the very young princes. Radu Mihnea held the throne in Moldavia at this time. This distinguished - even if not de jure - the 1859 union of the Danubian principalities was the state from Romania.
