Alexis Vuillermoz

2008: French Team Champion, mountain bike European team champion, mountain bike World team champion, mountain bike ( with Arnaud Jouffroy, Laurence Leboucher and Jean -Christophe Peraud )

Alexis Vuillermoz ( born June 1, 1988 in Saint -Claude ) is a French racing driver who is active on derm mountain biking and road cycling.

Since 1999, Alexis Vuillermoz is active as a cyclist; until 2012, he drove mainly race on a mountain bike. In this discipline, he was the junior champion of France in 2006 and 2009 and 2010 in the U23 class. In 2008 he became a French team champion. Internationally, he was successful: in 2006 he was at the Junior Vice -Europe and Vice World Champion 2009 ( U23 ). In 2008 he was with the team in each European and World Champion ( with Arnaud Jouffroy, Laurence Leboucher and Jean -Christophe Peraud ).

From his teammates Vuillermoz received early in his career nicknamed Pickachu ( Pokémon ) because he prefers a yellow helmet wearing.

Since 2012 Vuillermoz starts for the French professional road team Sojasun. 2013 he was part of the squad that team for the Tour de France.
