Alfian Sa'at

'm Alfian Sa'at ( born July 18, 1977 in Singapore ) is a Singaporean writer and poet. He is an ethnic Malay and Javanese from, Minangkabau and Hakka origin and is regularly referred to as the " enfant terrible " of his country. His provocative work includes poetry, prose and plays.

He was a student of Raffles Institution and Raffles Junior College. Alfian was the boss of Creative Arts programs, and participated in their creative programs. His works have been played in Malaysia and in Singapore and he works for the theater group W! LD RICE.
