Alfred Bayer

Alfred Bayer ( born March 8, 1933, Munich) is a German manager and politician ( CSU).

Life

Bayer studied until 1957 at the Ludwig- Maximilians- University of Munich economics for the teaching profession and was then in an urban school system in Munich. In the 1960s, advised Bayer CSU General Secretary Anton Jaumann on economic issues and was taken from this after his appointment as Financial Secretary of State in 1969 as an employee in the Bavarian State Ministry of Finance. In 1970 he was economic policy principle Jaumanns Speaker of the State Ministry of Economy and Transport. In 1976 he was appointed head of department of the Ministry of Economy.

With the commencement of the federal government under Helmut Kohl in 1982 Bayer Permanent State was Minister Werner Dollinger in the Federal Ministry of Transport. As Secretary of State, he was also on the board of Lufthansa.

In 1987 he retired from the federal government and was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Isar- Amper works. In this role, he pushed for the commitment of the plants in the new German states and spurred the diversification. May 31, 1997, he resigned from the company.

From 1994 to 2004 Alfred Bayer was also Chairman of the CSU near Hanns Seidel Foundation. During his tenure, amongst other things was the expansion of the Foundation's activities to Eastern Europe and the construction of 26 million D- Mark expensive conference center of the Foundation in Munich.

He is a member of the Catholic Student Association KBSt.V. Rhaetia Munich.
