Ali Khulqi Alsharairi

Ali Khulqi Alsharairi (Arabic علي خلقي الشرايري Chulqi Ali al - Scharairi; * 1878 in Irbid, Jordan, † June 25, 1960 ) was a Jordanian politician of the first hour.

Youth and Education

In his early years, Ali assisted his father in farming and helped this at cultivation. Soon realized Ali Khulqi that he had to evolve and decided on Daraa to Damascus to travel in order to enroll in the local military academy. After he had finished his studies there successfully, he closed in 1895 to further study at the Military Academy in Istanbul, after which he incorporated it as an officer in the Ottoman army.

Political career

1919 Ali Khulqi Alsharairi was appointed governor of the Sanjak of Karak and in August 1919 in addition to the person responsible of Quneitra, and he eventually took over complete control of the north of Jordan during the decay of the Ottoman Empire.

Ali Khulqi Alsharairi was appointed under the first Jordanian government in 1921 as Minister of Defence and the Government of Abu Hassan al Huda 1923-1924 as Minister of Education.
