Ali Sadreddine Al-Bayanouni

Ali al - Sadreddin Bajanuni (Arabic علي صدر الدين البيانوني Ali Sadr al-Din al - Bayanuni, French Sadreddine Ali al - Bayanouni, born 1938 in Aleppo, Syrian Republic) is a leader of the exiled Syrian Muslim Brotherhood in London.

The Sunni Muslim served from 1959 to 1960 as a reserve officer in the Syrian Army and in 1963 at the University of Damascus lawyer. He was involved in the Islamic uprising in 1976. In 1977 he became leader of the Syrian Muslim Brotherhood and emigrated to Jordan from. He came in 2000 in the UK as a political refugee in after the Jordanian authorities identified him because of his Islamist activities.

From 1996 to 2010 he was Supreme Head of the Syrian Muslim Brotherhood. He is a member of the opposition National Coalition for Revolutionary and opposition forces since 2012.
