Ali Turan

Ali Turan ( born September 6, 1983 in Kayseri ) is a Turkish football player.

Career

Ali Turan began his career in the 2002/03 season at Kayserispor in the Turkish Süper Lig, where he played through to 2007. He moved into the second round of the 2006/07 season on loan to local rivals Kayseri Erciyesspor. In the 2009/10 season Turan was named the captain of Kayserispor.

During the winter break of the season 2009/10 Galatasaray wanted to commit the defender before his contract end in the summer. However, it could not agree with the club, why the change was bursting. Turan wanted despite the cancellation of summer free transfer switch to Galatasaray and refused further negotiations with other clubs. Kayserispor suspended him indefinitely from the squad.

His contract with Kayserispor was terminated after the winter transfer period. He then wrote a contract with Galatasaray, which is valid from 1 June 2010. Since April 21, 2010 Ali Turan took part in the training of Gala. During the winter break of the 2010/11 season his contract with Galatasaray was dissolved.

After saying goodbye to Galatasaray, he moved to southern Turkish first division club Antalyaspor. Here he played a half seasons long. After Antalyaspor the descent was wrested from the 2011/12 season very scarce, a Rrvision was decided in the squad. Man separated himself from many seasoned players, including Turan.

In early summer 2012, the exchange Turan to league rivals Gaziantepspor was announced. He took with this club participate in the pre-season camp and then dissolved because of differences with the coaching staff on his contract. Shortly before the end of the summer transfer window, he joined the second division Torku Konyaspor.
