Alexander James "Ali" Williams ( born April 30, 1981 in Auckland, New Zealand) is a New Zealand rugby union player at the position of the second row striker. He plays for Tasman in the Air New Zealand Cup and for the Crusaders in the Super 14 He is also a New Zealand international. Following the resignation of David Nuciforas as coach of the Blues at the end of the 2008 season, Williams decided after only one year at the Crusaders for another change back to the blues.
