Alianza FC

Alianza Fútbol Club is a football club based in San Salvador, the capital of El Salvador. The club has been champion eight times from El Salvador and won the national cup once. Currently plays the club which plays its home games at the 46,000 -seater Estadio Cuscatlan, in the highest league of El Salvador, the Primera División.

History

Alianza FC was founded in 1958. The first title was won the club in the same year by winning the second division of El Salvador in the final against CD Águila. A few years later the club for the first time succeeded in winning the Primera División de El Salvador, so the championship of the small country in Central America. The title win in the 1965/66 season could Alianza FC add up today seven more. The second National Championship title Alianza FC a year after the first championship, in 1967.
