Alice in Wonderland is a tale film from the year 1999 on the basis of the book Alice in Wonderland by Lewis Carroll.
Action
The girl Alice is at a social gathering of guests of their parents recite a song, which she does not feel grown. So she flees to the edge of the forest. After sitting there for a while, suddenly time seems to stand still. A white rabbit appears and disappears in a hole under a tree trunk. Alice follows the white rabbit and thus enters the world of Wonderland.
There she meets many strange individuals who are partly reminiscent of the guests of their parents. Finally, Alice is summoned to a court hearing, at which it is to make a statement. As she shows courage during the trial, you will be opened by the king of hearts, that they no longer needed the Wonderland, but has to face her upcoming vocal performance. Composed of playing cards courtroom dissolves and Alice is back under the tree, where it has already found all the time.

Special
The plot is - very closely applied to the original book - except for the frame story. Even the songs ( Lobster Quadrille, Beautiful Soup ) were adapted from the book.
The special effects of the rotated into England game film were created by the London animation studio Framestore CFC. Many world stars play in Alice in Wonderland.
