Alicja Sakaguchi

Alicja Sakaguchi (born 1954 in Szczecin ) is a Polish linguist.

She studied Hungaristik and Esperanto Logie at the University of Budapest ( Magistra ) and received his doctorate in 1981. From 1981 to 1985 she was a lecturer in Paderborn, from 1986 to 1998 in Frankfurt. The Habilitation occurred in 2000 with a standard work on interlinguistics. 2001 to 2002 she was an adjunct at the Faculty of Modern Languages ​​of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan ( UAM ), since 2003 she has been a professor there and taught interlinguistics, Esperanto, German and Intercultural Communication.

Sakaguchi is married to the Japanese Takashi Sakaguchi and has two sons.
