Alisan Porter

Alisan Porter ( born June 20, 1981 in Worcester, Massachusetts ) is an American actress and singer.

Life and achievements

Porter took at the age of five years, in part in the singing competition Star Search, whereupon it was discovered. Eight years later her family moved to Connecticut. At the age of 18 years, Porter moved to New York City, where she was engaged in a theater role and was cast in the musical Footloose.

Porter played since 1987 in several television series, in 1988, she appeared in the short film Homesick on. In the comedy Parenthood (1989 ) she starred opposite Steve Martin and Dianne Wiest. For her performance in the TV series The Golden Girls in 1991, she was nominated in 1992 for the Young Artist Award. In the comedy Curly Sue - A curly head up a storm (1991 ) with James Belushi and Kelly Lynch played them the title role of Curly Sue. For this role she won the 1993 Young Artist Award.

Porter resigned in music movie The Ten Commandments: The Musical (2006 ) on the side of Val Kilmer and Adam Lambert on.

Published in 2009 Alisan Porter their eponymous debut album.

On January 1, 2012 Alisan announced via Twitter that her longtime friend (since Alisans of 18) Brian Autenrieth and they are expecting a child, anticipated birth of the boys was in July. On March 10, 2012 married Porter and Autenrieth.
