All-China Youth Federation

The All-China Youth Federation ( Chinese:中华 全国 青年 联合会, Hanyu Pinyin: Zhōnghuá Quanguo qingnian liánhéhuì ) was founded in 1949 and is a federal institution of Chinese youth organizations based in Beijing. It includes 52 youth organizations, including 16 national organizations and 36 at provincial level. The Youth League itself has more than 77,000 members at all levels, with its member organizations, there are a total of more than 300 million. Among the former members include the current Chinese President Hu Jintao and former President Jiang Zemin. One of 16 national organizations, which belongs to the Youth League, the Communist Youth League of China.

The All-China Youth Federation organizes programs in the following areas: education and training, volunteer activities, development of a new landscape, environmental protection, protection of the rights and safeguard the interests, innovation and employment, youth culture, and international exchange and cooperation and exchange programs with Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.
