All England Law Reports

The All England Law Reports ( All ER abbreviation ) are a collection of legal cases from England and Wales, published since 1936 by the publisher LexisNexis Butterworths. They are in addition to the English Reports of the Incorporated Council of Law Reporting, the most important collection of English case laws; However, they are unlike the latter cited only incidentally in official documents, if the case is not recorded in the English Reports. As The All England Law Reports Reprint appear reprints of cases from 1558 until 1936.
