All-time DDR-Oberliga table
The league table of the GDR Oberliga is a statistical summary of all matches of the GDR Oberliga and NOFV- league in football from 1949 until 1991. The table is based on the 2- point rule, according to which all seasons were played. The transitional round in 1955 was not considered.
Although the BFC Dynamo with 10 championships record champion of the league, FC Carl Zeiss Jena leads to the eternal table. A total of 44 teams played in the DDR - Oberliga.
The following are the clubs are listed first with the club name, which they wore in their respective last season in the big leagues. Furthermore, all other names are enumerated, among which the affected club has played in the big leagues. Name change below the Oberliga or after the inclusion of the East German team in the West German leagues are not considered.
