Allkpop is a news blog for K- Pop. The website belongs to 6Theory Media and is hosted in Edgewater (New Jersey). Allkpop is the world's most visited K-pop website and generates more web traffic than any Korean music portal.

Allkpop often leads exclusive interviews with South Korean stars such as, inter alia, Brian Joo or Girls' Generation and contributes to the spread of the Korean wave.

2010 allkpop received the license for the live stream from the Mnet Asian Music Awards. 2009 allkpop was honored at the Mashable Awards as best express - news page and 2010 received the award for Must- Follow Brand.
