Allocer

Alocer (also: Allocen, Allocer, Alloces, Alloien or Alocas ) is a grand duke of the underworld, who teaches the secrets of astronomy and liberal arts. He is depicted as a knight with glowing eyes on a horse and has 36 legions under his command. (Source: The Children of Lucifer )

In the Ars Goetia, he is described as the Duke unhimmlischen angel who teaches astronomy and general science.

After Demonolatry list he is a great duke of hell and one of the 72 Spirits of Solomon.
