Alnarp

Alnarp is a locality ( Småort ) in the southern Swedish province of Skåne County and the historical province Scania. The village in the municipality of Lomma is one of the seats of the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences, SLU.

Alnarp is between Lomma, the capital of the province, in the north, Åkarp in the West, Arlöv in the south and the Sound, about one kilometer to the west. Near the place cause the line of Södra stambanan from Malmö to Lund and the European Routes 6 and 20 over.

In Alnarp is an agricultural museum and a botanical garden open to the public. In the garden of the castle lies the Alnarp was built in 1862.
