Aloo gobi

Alu Gobhi (Hindi: आलू गोभी, Urdu: آلو گوبی, alu gobhi, literally: "Potatoes and Cauliflower" ) is a North Indian and Pakistani dish with potatoes, cauliflower and South Asian spices. It has a yellowish color by the use of turmeric. In some variations, it also contains kalonji and curry leaves. In other popular variations, the court also contains garlic, ginger, onions, fresh cilantro, tomatoes, peas and cumin.
